Private Practice HR was created by Nicole DeSimone based on her experience working as both a Human Resources Consultant and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist over the last decade. In her work, she identified a need for straight forward simplified support as it relates to onboarding, performance management, reviews, employee relations, labor law compliance, offboarding and really all aspects of employing humans!
